AMPHIBIOUS BULK LIQUID TRANSFER SYSTEM HOSE REELS Provide all necessary labor, materials, facilities and equipment to manufacture, test and deliver ship-to-shore Amphibious Bulk Liquid Transfer Systems (ABLTS). Each ABLTS consists of a fuel subsystem and a potable water subsystem. The fuel subsystem includes two hose reels, each with 5,000 feet of 6-inch diameter flexible, lay flat fuel hose and one 20-foot ISO container for storage of fuel subsystem ancillary and collateral equipment. The potable water subsystem includes one hose reel with 10,000 feet of 4-inch diameter flexible, lay flat potable water hose and one 20-foot ISO container for storage of water subsystem ancillary and collateral equipment. The basic quantity consists of one (1) ABLTS first article system (for contractor testing), four (4) production ABLTS systems, and two fuel subsystems. The work will be performed in accordance with Government Furnished Specifications and Detailed Drawings. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price. Completion of the first article is expected within 180 days after contract award. The remaining production systems and subsystems will be staggered delivery with one (1) ABLTS or one (1) fuel subsystem delivered every 30 days after First Article approval. All ABLTS and subsystems of the basic contract will be delivered within 270 days after first article approval. One (1) fuel subsystem will be delivered to Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, VA, one (1) fuel subsystem will be delivered to Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, San Diego, CA and four (4) ABLTS systems will be delivered to Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, FL. After all production systems and subsystems have been delivered, the refurbished First Article ABLTS system will be delivered to Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, FL. Options for up to sixteen (16) additional ABLTS systems and two (2) fuel subsystems delivered over a three (3) year period shall be included. Fourteen optional ABLTS systems will be delivered to Blount Island Command,Jacksonville, FL, one optional ABLTS system will be delivered to Port Hueneme, CA, one optional ABLTS system will be delivered to Gulfport, MS, one optional fuel subsystem will be delivered to Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, VA and one optional fuel subsystem will be delivered to Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, San Diego, CA. Options will be delivered starting 30 days after last basic contract ABLTS system or subsystem delivery, with one ABLTS system or subsystem delivered every 30 days thereafter. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Size standard is 500 employees.
