RECYCLE PROGRAM The Recycling Activity Office located at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL is interested in buyers/vendors for the dirct sale of recyclable paper. The price is to be paid by buyers/vendors would be expected to be within the market value price on the pick-up day of materials. All sold material recyclable paper will be in full loads only. Payment shall be made within 30 days from the pick up day. The items listed below are the items that are available for sale by the Recycling Activity Office: Estimated Pounds by Items. Paper Bales White Ledger available 70,000 lb to 80,000 lb, 50% plus (+) minus (-), Total outthrows may not exceed 2%. Location of scrap material: Bldg 106, Rock Island Arsenal, Recyling Activity personnel will weigh track and load it. Open sell date: 03/19/99. Close sell date: 04/19/99.
