Z -- TOT LOT IMPROVEMENTS SOL F16602-99-QC007 DUE 040202 POC Cathina Stone, 318-456-6831, Contract Specialist; Kathleen Lee, Contracting Officer This project call for the installation of a Poligon HEX 16 pavilion, a 4" concrete sidewalk from the pavilion to the existing playground; installation of a 260 square foot 4" concrete pade under the pavilion; installation of benches and drinking foundain under the pavilion, and provide three (3) berms. The color of the pavilion will be deep red with a metal roof. The pavilion will have a cupola with small sheet metal louvers. The concrete pad under the pavilion will extend to the edge of the roof. The benches are Diversified Metal Fabricators Model EB 6100, which match the existing benches placed around the playground. The pedestal drinking fountain should be Halsey Taylor model 4520-68 or equal. A french drain will be installed next to the pavilion to drain water. Berms will be approximately 3 feet tall by 18 feet wide by 45 feet in length to provide protection. The slope will not exceed 3:1. Sketch of area is available upon request. Anticipated performance time is approximately 60 days. This request for quote is unrestricted. The magnitude of this projectis between $25,000 and $100,000.
