1500 dosimeters at the price of $31,500. These dosimeters shall meet
the following specifications: 1. Dosimeters shall function in the
Panasonic UD-716 automatic TLD reader. 2. Each dosimeter shall have
four natural abundance thermoluminescent elements with a density
thickness of 15 +/- 1 mg/cm2 with the following composition and total
filter thickness. Element Composition Filter thickness 1 Li2B4O7:Cu 14
2 CaSO4:Tm 56 3 Li2B4O7:Cu 160 4 Li2B4O7:Cu 160 3. Dosimeters shall be
packed in reader compatible racks containing 50 dosimeters each. 4. The
response of each element of each dosimeter to Cs-137 photons shall not
differ by more than 30% from the response of the mean for that element
of all dosimeters. 5. The lithium borate elements shall respond
linearly in the range from 10 mR to 2000 R; the calcium sulfate element
shall respond linearly in the range from 1 mR to 200 R to Cs-137
photons. 6. Each dosimeter shall maintain its initial calibration to
within +/- 15% for 500 exposure/read cycles. 7. Fading shall not exceed
10% in 90 days at 30 degrees C. 8. The dosimeters shall be capable of
enduring 500 readout cycles without any degradation in the mechanical
performance. 9. The dosimeters shall be from one manufacturing lot. 10.
The dosimeters shall have machine and operator readable identification
codes which begin with the number 10,000 and continue in increments of
1 to 11,500. Other offerors that have the ability to provide this
