Wadsworth Facility in Staten Island, NY. This Invitation for Bids is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation. It is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable SIC Code is 1711. The tentative date for receipt of bids is 3 May 1999.
