This project includes earthwork, construction of a leachate collection system connecting to an existing pumping station, construction of a methane gas collection and disposal system, construction of a final cover, including a geomembrane liner and turf. Construct a gravel roadway, sediment controls, and incidental related work. The existing leachate collection system will be abandoned in place. The date of availability of the solicitation is April 15, 1999. The Bid Opening Date is May 17, 1999.
