SIC 1741 -- Provide all material and labor required to perform Masonry Restoration at the Carl Albert Federal Building/Courthouse in McAlester, Oklahoma. Work includes some lead paint abatement, as identified in the drawings and will require the proper disposal of the material (lead-based) in approved containers in accordance with EPA, DOT, and OSHA procedures and coordination with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ). Other work items will be performed as mentioned in the specifications and drawings. Estimated cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Project No. is ROK96035 and Solicitation No. GS-07P-99-UDC-0003.
