The project consists of remodeling the upstairs of the Entiat Ranger Station Office, a wood frame building. Work includes removing existing interior walls, doors, windows, flooring, and paneling, and placing new interior walls, insulation, doors, windows, flooring and wallboard. Existing electric baseboard heat, air handler and condenser will be removed and replaced with new, electric forced air system. Minor plumbing and electrical work will be required to replace and relocate existing plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, switches, and lighting. Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. No bid or performance bonds will be required. Alternate Payment Protection (payment bond) will be required upon award.
