Four (4) Govt. passengers will escort the seals on the flight and must have direct access to the seals throughout the flight. The flight will be nonstop and will be scheduled between period 4/1/99 -- 4/12/99. Seals will be transported in cages 100" L x 38" W x 38" H, weight 600 pounds each. The flight must be temperature controlled at 65 degrees Fahrenheit with a pressure of less than 6,000 feet. There must be an 88" space between each set of seal cages with quick and easy access as required by USDA transportation standards.
