Services to be provided by Contractor: Estimated number of lines is from 227,000 to 1,716,000 of Medical documents such as Radiology Positive/Negative Readings; Consultation Reports, Narrative Reports, Main Operating Room Reports, and Outpatient Minor Operating Reports. Additional duties will involve the following: Pick-up and drop-off service from home office to MTF; Turnaround Time: 24-72 Hours; Confidentiality Assured; Immediate Availability; Printing of Medical documents will have a one (1) inch top & bottom, left & right margins. Location: Transcribing to be performed at Contractors designated area. Equipment and Materials listed will be provided by the Contractor: Personal Word Processor/Computer; Quality Printer or Laser Printer; Transcribing Machine (Accommodate Microcassette Tapes); 8 1/2 X 11" White Bond Papers; Printer Ribbons; Medical Reference Manuals andvehicle. Skills required to perform Transcription Services: Qualified typist with extensive medical transcription background or a certified medical transcriber or an accredited records technician; word processing friendly (i.e.Wordstar/Microsoftword, ..etc.); advanced medical terminology; well organized; excellent attention to detail.
