The effort will include Integration, Coding, Documentation, and Phone Support. The proposed contract for the INM and ADNS services will include a base year and four one-year options. Place of performance will be in the Charleston, SC area and various shore and ship activities/ This procurement will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price type contract and will be issued sole source to Atlas Technologies, Inc., who is currently providing INM/ADNS engineering and technical support of existing equipment to SPAWAR Systems Center, Charleston, SC. Atlas Technologies, Inc. developed INM software and manuals are not complete. The application performs a variety of performance monitoring and data collection tasks.
