Hunter, 202-708-9256 The U.S. Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration, intends to award a 24 month contract to provide an Evaluation of the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program. The offeror is to provide services to the governing bodies of the Indian Tribes located on Federal and State reservations(and consortia of such governing bodies) to provide vocational rehabilitation(VR) services for American Indians who are individuals with disabilities residing on reservations. This contract will also provide, of facilitate the provisions of, vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities in order to enable the individual to maximize opportunities for employment, including career advancement. This will be a performanced based contract. The opening date is March 31, 1999, closing date is May 4, 1999.
