Talbert, Contracting Officer, (916)643-0323 The Television-Audio Support Activity (T-ASA) intends to use an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the repair and return of Government owned Sony Model EVO-9500 Recorder Reproducers. The estimated quantity for the IDPO is three hundred (300) units with the first delivery order to be issued for a quantity of 160 units to repaired, returned and invoiced in lots of no less than 40 units per months. To receive an award a contractor must be capable of picking up repairable units within one working day of notice to repair. Also, the contractor must maintain a facility that will allow the Naval organization at McClellan AFB to deliver and pickup units within a normal one (1) hour drive time from the McClellan AFB location. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code applicable to this acquisition is 7622, which the size standard is $5M. FOB destination Naval Media Center, Sacramento, CA. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) contains Statement of Work (SOW), which will be provided upon request for copies of the RFQ. A site visit is scheduled for March 23, 1999, 10:00am PST at the Naval Media Center, 4893 Parker Avenue, Building 783S, McClellan AFB, CA 95652-1636.
