Manufacturers must be certified through the U.S. Coast Guard Clothing and Textile Office, Natick, MA. A certificate of compliance shall be submitted for the stated requirements. The anticipated Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract will be a five years, one base year and four option years. Individual delivery orders will be issued over the five year period. The minimum guarantee of the contract will be $5,000.00 worth of orders. The maximum amount (unit quantity) of the contract is 4,490 units over the five year period. This acquisition is a 100% set a-side for Small Business.
