This is a presolicitation notice titled "Construction of Troop Camp Quarters", Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, Mississippi. Scope of project is a three story, approximately 55,000 Sq Ft facility with 120 rooms for approximately 240 people. Each room will have a lavatory, watercloset and a shower. Construction to include, but not limited to, demolition of existing buildings, new foundation, masonry, interior/exterior walls, fire protection, acoustical treatment, concrete/asphalt pavements, elevator, landscaping, electrical with metering and underground utilities with metering. Estimated construction range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The Standard Industrail Classification (SIC) Code is 1522. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates, no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Construction time frame is 420 days which includes 60 bad weather days.
