Contractor shall provide professional services as a PHARMACIST for inmates confined at the United States Penitentiary, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contract consists of an estimated 30 sessions per contract year. A session is 8 hours in length. The schedule will consist of providing coverage during the absence of the Pharmacist, for sick leave, annual leave and training. Sessions will occur Monday through Friday excluding holidays, beginning at 8:00 a.m. with completion of services by 4:00 p.m. Two weeks advanced notice will normally be given for coverage during leave periods, except in the event of sick leave. The contract shall run from approximately June 1, 1999 through May 31, 2000, with a possibility of four option years. Security investigation/clearance is required.
