Breedlove's (POC for this notice) e-mail, breedloverg@ccgate.eielson.af.mil. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR BULLDOZER SERVICES DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS: SCOPE OF WORK: a. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform services of one D-9 bulldozer (or equal), operator included, for 362 hours for use in development of Mullins Pit. Mullings Pit is located about 1.5 miles southeast of Eielson Air Force Base's runway which is over one acre in size. b. Contractor, within the development of the Mullins Pit, shall: strip and bury hydroaxed vegetation, stockpile topsoil, and perform other related tasks. c. All servicing of the bulldozer, including both fair wear and tear and mechanical breakdowns shall be the responsibility of the contractor, at no cost to the Government. Costs include fuel and dozer delivery to and pickup from the site. d. Bulldozer specs: Catepillar D-9 (or equal), 350 minimum horsepower, U or semi U blade, ripper, and all required safety equipment, rental for 362 operating (hour meter) hours. e. Operator specs: Fully qualified, licensed, and skilled to operate the bulldozer. Able to follow instructions from customer on specific requirements, within scope of contract. f.
