DuBose, Contracting Officer, 717-770-7107 E-MAIL: Defense Distribution Center, rsouto@ddc.dla.mil. the defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy and Sharpe facilities, CA have a requirement for the maintenance and repair of their Fire Protection systems. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to provide maintenance and repair services for fire protectin systems in accordance with the requirements specified in the solicitation. Work includes the performance of service call work to make repairs to return systems to proper operation, preventive maintenance inspections and other services as described in the solicitation. Systems and equipment to be serviced under this contract include: Fire Alarm System, Automatic Sprinkler and Standpipe Systems, Gaseous Extinguishing Systems and Dry and Wet Chemical Extinguishing Systems. All work shall be performed by personnel specifically qualified and trained towork on fire protectio systems and equipment. Evidence of all required licenses, as well as documentation of the qualifications of personnel, shall be provided to the contracting Officer prior to award of the contract. Contractor shall be required to submit a copy of authorization/certification for the repair to and testing of multiple types of alarm systems including Gamewell, King Fisher, Pyrotronics systems.
