The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire under full and open competition services to establish, operate and manage Primary Health Center (PHC)/ Primary Care Manager Services/ Inpatient Labor and Delivery Services in support of the Naval Hospital, Oak Harbor, WA. The PHC will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The services are required beginning 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000, with options for four one-year periods through 30 September 2004. Staffing will include healthcare practitioners, clinical support staff, auxiliary support staff, and administrative support staff who are qualified to manage the volume of patients under this contract. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 8011. A firm, fixed price contract will be issued to the successful offeror. Earned incentive award provisions will be included.
