B. Todd, Jr., Blvd., Nashville, Tennessee 37208, to further refine, implement, and evaluate a Faculty Development Demonstration Program for junior primary care physicians from the disciplines of family medicine, general internal medicine, and general pediatrics at Meharry Medical College. The proposed contract is a follow-on to a FY1996 contract awarded to Meharry Medical College as part of the Memorandum of Understanding between Meharry Medical College and the U.S. Public Health Service to provide faculty development of selected Meharry faculty. Based on the above, Meharry Medical College is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) -- only one responsible source.
