Each additional level shall consist of approximately 71,000 SF. New construction shall consist of precase and post-tensioned concrete. The work schedule for this project is planned for 240 consecutive calendar days after the VA vacates the top level of the existing parking structure. VA will vacate the top level of the existing parking structure as early as September 1, 1999 but in any event no later than November 1, 1999. Perspective bidders shall have a minimum completed successfully three (3) design/build projects similar in complexity and cost magnitude as this project.
