Provide medical gas cylinders and refills for the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA to specific locations on base as specified on each delivery order and return empty medical gas cylinders from designated sites to be refilled by contractor. Scheduled delivery/return to take place on every Monday and Thursday. The contractor must be able to provide emergency deliveries, as specified on a delivery order (which has been faxed to contractor), within 2 hours. The contractor must be physically located within one driving hour, not to exceed 60 miles (based on standard workday driving conditions) of Portsmouth Naval Medical Center. The contractor must be able to fill Oxygen, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, and Carbon Dioxide locally within emergency time response.
