The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to provide the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program office with a back-up server to ensure constant operational status. DTRA plans to purchase the server from Armor-Tech International, the previous supplier, so that components are a duplicate of the resident operational Intranet server.
