The US Army Material Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for Parachute, Reserve, Personnel, NSN: 1670-01-420-4256, P/N: 11-1-4012-1. The Government anticipates that this acquisition, utilizing the best value concept, will result in a five-year requirements type contract with a minimum quantity of 3000 each and a maximum quantity of 30000 each. This will be a 50 percent small business set-aside, restricted to the approved sources on Qualified Products List (QPL) 6645. Before receiving the solicitation package, all contractors must request and sign a Non-Disclosure Statement.
