USAYPG has a requirement for Cultural Resources Support Services. We intend to issue multiple Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) as a result of this acquisition. The intent of any contracts awarded against the BOA(s) are to provide augmentation support to the Government environmental staff. The contracts are not intended for the management and administration of the USAYPG Cultural Resources Program. The contractor shall collect data, conduct field investigations, prepare reports and other documents, coordinate meetings and provide other support as assigned by the installation Cultural Resources Manager. Work typically falls within the program areas of historic preservation, archaeological investigation, and curation. The BOA periods will be five years from date of issuance. This acquisition is being conducted using multi-phase techniques. This notice represents Phase I of the multi-phase solicitation. During this phase the Government will use the evaluation criteria provided at the web site stated above to down-select to those offerors who will be invited to participate in subsequent phases. Failure to participate in this first phase by submission of the required mini-proposal will make prospective offerors ineligible to participate in subsequent phases. Mini-proposals are due no later than March 23, 1999, 4:30 PM MST. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-10, entitled Late Submissions, Modifications and Withdrawals of Proposals, is applicable to submissions in response to this notice. Submissions by facsimile are not authorized and will not be accepted. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable SIC code is 8999 with a size standard of $5M.
