Services include all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to maintain and repair family housing units and associated utility systems, household equipment, appliances, land areas (playgrounds), and other related real property and facilities in accordance with the contract requirements by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. The work includes, but is not limited to, service calls, preventive maintenance of equipment, change of occupancy maintenance, self-help program operation, painting, and other services as described in the statement of work. The contract will be for a period of twelve months with four one-year optionsto extend services with the total contract term not to exceed sixty months. This is a negotiated procurement utilizing source selection procedures with award being made to the proposal considered most advantageous to the Government, cost or price and other factors considered.
