Black company to administer customer satisfaction surveys to parents, teachers/staff and students and to provide an assessment of attaining system-wide goals and the quality of an educational organization's services. The CSMpact for Schools product was developed by Gordon S. Black and administered to approximately 100 DoDEA schools in the spring of 1998. It is essential to maintain continuity of the survey and results throughout the schools. This notice is for information purposes only. There is no RFP available. See Note 22.
