and transportation required for the improvements of the fuel service
facility located at Pier Number 3, USCG Training Center, 1 Munro
Avenue, Cape May, New Jersey. In general the work includes but is not
limited to the following: 1.1 Installation of an automated fuel
management system; 1.2 Cleaning and painting of four existing 5,000
gallon fuel tanks; 1.3 Inspect and repair valves; 1.4 Repair weeping
pipe joints; 1.5 Air pressure test lines for leaks; 1.6 Internally
clean and paint tanks; 1.7 Inspect inside of tanks for corrosion; 1.8
Save oil by transferring oil to an empty tank; 1.9 Replace fuel oil
gage with automated system; 1.10 Check fuel oil meter for accuracy,
recalibrate if necessary; 1.11 Repair board on board fence; 1.12
Provide and install new railing; 1.13 Repipe fuel oil manifolds for
simpler operation; 1.14 Divide fuel oil confinement line. The period of
performance is 120 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated
range is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The SIC Code for this procurement
is 1799. Size standard is $7.0 million. There is a $20.00 charge for
