SOL W813LT 9047-6016 DUE 031599 POC Jean Craig, Contract Specialist, 410-278-6517 The US Army Research Laboratory, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with ArrowTech Associates for Statement of Work to incorporate into a Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tool for exterior ballistics analysis of smart munitions guidance navigation and control a visual symbolic interface to model the fire control system with the system components available in the BOOM code. This tool is a new addition and enhancement of the current BOOM code GUI developed by ArrowTech for the Aerodynamics Branch. This will be a drag and drop style GUI addition that allows the user to visually build or alter a flight control system. The value of this procurement is estimated at less than $50,000.
