66 -- SOFTWARE TOOLS FOR THE RECONFIGURABLE CONSOLIDATED SUPPORT SYSTEM PROJECT SOL N68335-99-R-0144 DUE 031599 POC Ms. Dawn Chartier, (732) 323-2933 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with TYX, Inc. for the acquisition of Commercial Off the Shelf software tools in support of the Reconfigurable Consolidated Automated Support System (RTCASS) project. These software tools include: PAWS TRD System with graphical user interface and annual maintenance; TRD Format, MIL STD 1345 and annual maintenance; TRD to ATLAS Generator and annual maintenance; TPS ATLAS CASS and annual maintenance; PAWS Development Studio and annual maintenance, Studio Debugger and annual maintenance; RTCASS Run Time System and annual maintenance. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. TYX, Inc. is the original software provider for the RTCASS. The Government does not own the source codes for the RTCASS software. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
