The contacts are to be delivered FOB Destination to Crane IN 47522 with partial delivery to be delivered by April 30, 1999. Other than full and open competition will be used in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii) and a firm fixed purchase order will be issued using simplified acquisition procedures to Hypertronics Corporation if they and the government come to agreement on all applicable terms and conditions.
