Cobb This Pre-Solicitation Notice is for a project located at the 162nd Air National Guard, Tucson, Arizona. The contractor shall furnish all parts, tools, labor, supervision and materials necessary to UPGRADE SUPPLY AND VEHICLE MAINTENANCE FACILITY, BUILDING 9. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work will consist of, but not limited to, demolition and construction of interior walls,conrete foundation, ceiling and other finishes. Remodel will involve approximately 77,000 gross square feet and an addition of approximately 7,000 S.F. The new construction involves two new elevators and one exit stairway, masonry and roofing work. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 01 April 1999 with bid opening schedule on or about 01 July 1999. Contract performance period for this project is 365 calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. It has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms serviced by the Arizona District Office which have SIC Code1542 among their approved SIC Codes.
