In accordance with Part 13, award will be limited to Small Business concerns. The purpose of this procurement is to perform physical exams for Federal employees in the Laredo, Texas area. The contractor shall perform physical exams as follows: "Core" components include a General Physical exam, History, Audiometric evaluation, Vision screening, Bloodwork and Urinalysis, and Stress EKG as requested; "If Indicated" components may include Tetanus booster, TB screening, EKG, Hemmocult testing and Tonometry testing; and "Optional" components include Pap Smear/Breast exams for female employees and PSA testing for male employees.
