all parts, material, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation
necessary to accomplish one time preventative maintenance inspections
and repair of all overhead and roll up doors located on F.E. Warren Air
Force Base, Wyoming. The first type of door is a electrically operated
(with manual mode bypass) overhead door with insulated sectional
panels. The second type of door is an overhead door that fits the
description given for the electrically operated unit except they are
strictly manually operated doors (operated with a chain pulley system).
The third type of door is a manually operated roll up door. This door
consists of slats that roll up around a drum mounted at the top of the
door opening. The contractor shall provide complete, regular
preventive maintenance for each overhead and roll up door. The
contractor may use the contractor's normal preventative maintenance
inspection checklist for each door (202 electric doors, 24 manual
doors, 77 roll up doors). Each door will be inspected and serviced once
in the term of this contract. The contractor must submit a proposed
schedule for inspecting all doors to the Contracting Officer within 30
days of award of the contract. The Contractor's preventative
maintenance program and bid shall include, but not limited to those
tasks listed in Tab B (available upon request of solicitation package)
and replacing minor components and nuts and bolts. The Contractor's
bid shall include up to ten emergency responses and major repairs
exceeding $150.00 for each response. The contractor shall respond to an
emergency request for service within 24 hours (weekends and holidays
included) and take all steps necessary to return the door to normal
operation in a minimum amount of time. The contractor's bid shall
include major repair for 15 doors at a cost not to exceed $150.00 for
each door. All replacement components shall match the style, type and
color of item being replaced. There are special restricted areas on
F.E. Warren AFB, the contractor will be escorted at all times. Escorts
will be provide by the Government. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside
for Small Business. The Service Contract applies to this acquisition
and Wage Determination 94-2587(Rev 11) applies (available upon request
of solicitation package). Contract period will be from date of award
