This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested for this announcement; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis for the following equipment Brand Name or Equal: ITEM 001, (1), One Cineangiogram Projector; To include One (1) each: Catalog no. CAP-35BIII (Cineangiogram Projector Vanguard Angiogram Projector) with mobile cart, projector hood, continuos film transport system, variable film speed from single to approximately 100 frame per second, forward & reverse drive system, 400 watt halogen lamp, push button focus control & framing system, wall projection, hand held remote control, push button zoom for up to 1.6 times for precise examination, and power single phase 60Hz 115V AC; Manuals, (2) each (Operations, Service, Parts, Schematics).
