Requirement is for 1 year basic contract with two, 1-year options for essential repair of 6220-00-054-9503 C-141 Navigation Lights (T.O. 8A1-56-3-3), 6220-00-655-2862 B-52 Navigation Lights (T.O. 8A10-8-3-3), 6220-01-198-7217 B-52 Taxiing Lights (T.O. 8D10-10-2-3), and 6220-00-165-5859 UH-1 Landing Lights (T.O. 8D10-2-27-3). Yearly BEQs, respectively, are 6 ea, 14 ea, 3 ea, and 3 ea. No GFM/GFE available for contractor use. Firm, fixed price repair will be solicited with Government required delivery of 30 days ARO. Bidders will be required to provide details demonstrating their abilities to perform the repairs. Govt Furnished Mtrl and End Item Transaction Repoprting is required. This requirement is for contractual coverage of the depot repair line during workload transfer from Kelly AFB to gaining Govt facilities. Estimated RFP date is 16 Mar 99.
