S -- LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES SOL DABT59-99-R-0003 DUE 050799 POC Beth Moronese 804-734-4582 or Linda Terrell 804-734-4601 The Government intends to award a Landscaping contract for the Nonappropriated Lodging Operations grounds located at Fort Lee, Virginia for the period of 15 MAY 99 -- 14 MAY 2000 with 4 Option Years. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, disposal, landscaping, and supervision required to perform ground and landscaping upkeep services (fertilization, limestone, seeding, tree/shrub pruning, mulch, edging, weeding, weed control, pesticides, bedding, ect)(irrigation systems are in place). The contractor shall maintain approximately 40 areas surrounding a total of 19 buildings located in different areas on the installation to include the planted beds located at respective buildings. This Commercial solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-aside. Interested small businesses must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and have Electronic Fund Transfer capability. Information on how to register with the CCR will be included in the solicitation package.The tentative release date for the solicitation is schedule for 9 MAR 99. It is highly encouraged to also attend a scheduled Site Visit.
