The work consists of architectural and engineering services for preparation of design and construction documents and contract administration of the demolition of a total of 431 public housing units in 29 buildings at Carr Square, Cabanne Way and Webbe Elderly developments. Work will include development of contract documents for demolition, abatement of any hazardous material, removal of all utility and site work grading and landscaping. The project will be in two separate phases. Phase I will include Cabanne Way and Carr Square. Phase II will be Webbe Elderly.
