commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
DAHA45-99-T0045 is issued as request for quote(RFQ). This solicitation
incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 97-10. This acquisition will be a Small Business
Set-Aside, SIC Code: 3442, Size Standard: 750. CLIN 0001; QTY: 9ea,
Insulated Steel Service Door, Roll-Up Type, with Shield/Cover, 3 Button
Operator, 12'5" X 16' Approximately, Size requires on-site
verification. Doors are required to replace exisiting Roll-Up doors.
All required removal of exisiting doors and installation of new doors,
to include new frames, to be conducted on site. Delivery will be FOB
Destination Fairchild AFB, WA. Work to begin 30 Days ARO and be
completed in 30 Calendar days. The following Provisions apply to this
acquisition; Far 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS
(AUG 98), All offorers must include a completed copy of the provision
at 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS
(JAN 97). The clause at 52.212-4 CONTRACT TERMS AND
CONDITIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (APR 98) applies to this acquisition.
52.212-4 is ammended to replace FAR Clause 52.232-33 Mandatory
Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment with DOD FAR
252.232-7009 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (CCR) (JUN 98)
applies to this acquisition. The Clause at 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND
CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE

shall ensure, if applicable, products provided under this contract, to
include hardware, software, firmware and middleware, whether acting
alone or combined as a system, are year 2000compliant as defined in FAR
Part 39. Evaluation will be based on the best value to the government,
such as price, warranty and past performance. Warranty at a minimum
shall be the industry standard commercial warranty offered. All quotes
