A -- AN/BPS-16(V) RADAR PROGRAM SOL N00024-99-R-5213 POC Contact Person, Contracting Officer, G. Michael Dodd, SEA 02522, (703) 602-8000 Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-99-G-5213 with Litton-Sperry Marine, Inc. of 1070 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Orders will be issued for design agent support for the AN/BPS-15H/J Radar, AN/BPS-16(V), ARPA, and ECDIS. Litton-Sperry Marine is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the sole producer of the AN/BPS-16(V) Radar. Therefore, no other firm possesses the technical expertise required to perform the work that will be required by the Government. This BOA will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
