ARCO-NAT-236-99-052- AN (IFB) Multifamily Apartment Building Roof and
Boiler Repairs and Renovations. The solicitation is for the services of
a subcontractor to supply Roof and Boiler repairs and renovation
services under a subcontract for nine buildings located at Medgar Evers
Apartments Brooklyn, New York. The contractor will act as a
subcontractor to Arco Management of Washington, DC under its Prime
Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta,
Georgia. The Subcontractor will have to provide the work in accordance
with labor rates published under Davis Bacon. Certified payrolls are
required at the time of payment invoicing. This IFB is structured in
accordance with the Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The estimated price range for this
solicitation is between $850,000 and $ 950,000. Subcontractors must
visit the site to inspect the work to be completed. Arco reserves the
right to select more than one subcontractor for this solicitation. If
