Basic building materials include metal study and gypsum board walls, vinyl composition flooring, and acoustical lay-in ceilings. Space above the ceiling will be utilized as a storage mezzanine which will be a concrete deck supported by new bar joist framing. Electrical service will be required for lighting and power receptacles. Construction will also consist of new HVAC for the office area and minimal pumping alterations in existing restrooms. The solicitation will be available on/about 030599 on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest.
