In general, work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and performing all operations in connection with repair of Lost Boy Pond located on Eglin Air Force Base. The project, more specifically, includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, removal of the existing riser, outlet pipe, and outlet structure, construction of a new riser, outlet pipe, and energy dissipation device and embankment fill. Also, the project will require dewatering of the pond to allow repair of the dam. Performance period is 90 calendar days. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications.
