The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia intends to solicit and negotiate Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contracts with those parties holding the copyrights or access to the copyrights of films. The leased films are for use ashore and afloat by the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and ships of the Military Sealift Command and designated ships of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration. The acquired films must be furnished in the following formats: (1) 8 MM videocassettes and (2) 35 MM prints. This requirement is part of the Navy's Motion Picture Licensing Program. It is anticipated that the contract will contain one (1) twelve (12) month base period plus one (1) additional twelve (12) month option year. This action is taken pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304, 41 U.S.C. 253, and FAR 6.101.
