SPAWAR INDUSTRY DAY CHARLESTON, SC -- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN), Charleston will hold an Industry/Small Business Conference on March 31 -- April 1 at the SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston's Conference Center. This conference is an excellent opportunity for your business to hear from top ranking government officials on their vision of the future. Read Adm. John A. Gauss, Commander, SPAWAR Systems Command will be he featured speaker. The first day of the conference will include Gauss's views as well as a contract strategy brief. Small Business topics such as HubZone, SDB certification requirements, obtaining a GSA schedule, the Navy mentor protege program, subcontracting opportunities and the woman owned small business program will be presented during the afternoon of March 31 and on April 1. Cost to participants is $35 and early registration is encouraged due to limited seating. A social will also be held following the conference on the 31st.
