Information is being sought for Base Communications and Base Network Control Center Operations and Management of Government owned facilities at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. Operation of Base Communications consists of performing tasks to include operation of the Systems Flight, Information Systems Flight, and the Support Flight. The Systems Flight provides maintenance and repair of C4I equipment in support of the 90th Space Wing. In addition, this flight meets all current and future base communications infrastructure needs, including television and intrusion detection systems, base cable, telephones, public address, cellular phones, pagers, and land mobile radios. The Information Systems Flight is responsible for providing base support including C4 systems security, COMSEC, network management and control, information distribution, and records management. The Support Flight is responsible for providing high quality digital graphic, digital photography, and multi-media services video production. Services shall be provided for F.E. Warren AFB including tenants and other off-base activities requiring support. The project acquisition for these services will be accomplished in accordance with OMB Circular A-76.
