The nature of these services is to report problems and to download program updates to Microsoft products. No solicitation document currently exists, and requests for such will be considered non-responsive. Responses to this notice must be in writing and must be received within 3 calendar days of publication of this notice. Third party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that the firm has been granted rights by Microsoft Corporation to provide the services being procured.
