The maintenance of the relocatable shall be provided by the contractor in the form of service calls and monthly inspections. The relocatable shall be located on an existing relocatable office site on Cedar Point Road across Cedar Point Road from Building 1490 at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. The approximate dimensions of the relocatable building shall be 72-feet by 140-feet. The building shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities (sewer, water, electrical), electric power distribution panels, telephone hookups, fire alarms, and emergency lighting. The unit shall be in place and ready for occupancy no more than ninety (90) days after contract award.
