A-76 STUDY The United States Army is in the process of conducting a review IAW the Office of Mangement and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-76 entitled "Performance of Commercial Activities" at the following sites: Pine Bluff Arsenal, Rock Island Arsenal, Watervliet Arsenal, Blue Grass Army Depot, Sierra Army Depot, Tooele Army Depot, as well as Ammunition Demil functions at Anniston Army Depot, Letterkenny Army Depot, and Red River Amy Depot. This review is a competitive process to determine if it is more efficient for Government or private vendor personnel to perform the various functions under study at the listed installations.
