System will require installation of new airconditioning unit, DDC controls, ductwork, and estimated siz zones of control. Contractor shall be required to provide all control wiring and electrical wiring and interface with exisitng DDC control system at the unit. The existing heating system shall remain in place and NOT be midified as part of this contract. The system will require the contractor to design and build the system in the exisiting space with the condensing system to be ground mounted. No roof mounting of equipment is allowed. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on 16 February 199 with an estiamted proposal due date of 5 March 1999. All solicitation documents will be issued upon request from the 183rd Fighter Wing, 3101 J David Jones Parkway, Springfield, IL 62707-5001. A site visit by prosepctive contractors IS MANDATORY and is in the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
